I paused as I was momentarily thrown off. I had almost forgotten about them. The thought of the Jordans made me frown. “I cut
ties with the Jordans a long time ago.”
He nodded in acknowledgment.
That was not what I meant either. I was talking about my 30 billion!
No one was going to stop me from getting rich!
Seeing the confusion on their faces, I excitedly rubbed my hands together. “When are you transferring my 30 billion?”
The room instantly fell silent. As the three exchanged glances, I started to panic. “You’re not thinking of backing out, are you?”

Reuben placed a hand on my shoulder to calm me down.
“Relax. You won, okay? How do you want it? A bank transfer? Real estate? Shares?”
My voice nearly cracked as I shouted, “Direct transfer to my account!”

No property or shares could compare to the joy of seeing cold, hard numbers in my bank account. Hesitating even for a second
would feel like disrespecting the money.
Devon suddenly chuckled. “Eliza, that’s still all for the triplets‘ future, you know.”
I did not care about the future. Letting go of the money now would feel like letting sand slip from my fingers.
Who could resist the allure of overnight wealth? Well, certainly not me, and I was shameless about it.
Besides, the three of them were still young. Who was to say there would not be more kids for them in the future?
Just then, my thoughts drifted to the original novel and the fates of the three men.
Each one died young, never having the chance to have children of their own. Their vast business empires were inherited by their
nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Those heirs, coincidentally, were the male lead, the second male lead, and the third male lead of the original novel.
This was why I had been so confident when I bet that the children belonged to all three of them. After all, who would reject a child who could potentially be their own when facing their mortality?
Especially Reuben, whose nephew became the male lead of the story.
After becoming the CEO, that nephew shared a dramatic love story with Melanie, involving cat–and–mouse chases and an
inescapable romance.
Yet now, the storyline had completely veered off course, spiraling into the unknown.
Even so, Melanie still found a way to entangle herself with these men. After the Jordans went bankrupt, none of them could
handle the drastic fall from grace.
They stayed home, blaming and arguing with one another. Melanie, seizing the opportunity, hooked up with the male lead. However, this time, the male lead had not inherited Reuben’s fortune. He was just an ordinary rich kid.
Naturally, he could not satisfy Melanie’s ambitions, so she brought the second and third male leads into her “pond” of admirers.
Meanwhile, the other Jordans tried to find jobs, but their entitled attitudes and arrogance made them unemployable. After all,
companies needed hardworking employees, not prima donnas.
Without jobs, they relied on Melanie’s gold–digging skills to keep them afloat. When Melanie’s schemes fell apart, they were all
kicked out of Jonsberg.
For people as vain and shallow as them, a lifetime of mediocrity was worse than death. But none of this had anything to do with

Staring at the endless zeros in my bank account, I felt a surge of joy and decided to call ten male models.
Before I could do anything, however, two strong arms dragged me back from both sides. I could only watch helplessly as the handsome men grew smaller and smaller in the distance.
