My eyes seemed to be looking at him, but in fact my peripheral vision was always on the door.
Paul saw all our interactions. His face was pale and he walked away from my sight step by step. After he left, I pulled my hand out of Davis’s hand unnaturally.

Davis nodded and said nothing, but he took my hand and bandaged it carefully.2

I looked at him in a daze. Davis was my college classmate. After we got to know each other, he confessed to me and I rejected him. We had been getting along as friends ever since.
If I wanted to deceive Paul, I had to choose someone who seemed real to act with me. I wanted to get rid of him, so I should make him stop looking for me.%

After half a month, I finally didn’t feel that someone was following me. Perhaps, Paul gave up. I looked at Davis who was working hard and didn’t know how to pay it off.

I gritted my teeth and called Paul to ask him to clean up the mess. Soon he rushed to the flower shop. He didn’t even look at Emma lying in a pool of blood, but looked at me affectionately.

I glanced at Paul and pointed to the surveillance camera above my head.
“Don’t blackmail me, I have surveillance here.“
