Sharlee was completely canbfounded.
She widened her tearful eyes in astonishment and heartache as fordan didn’t even look at her, and walked straight toward me, with sincere eyes expressing loyalty to me.
“Veronica, I have already made it clear to Shaylee that I have always regarded her as a sister.”
“Those untimely and infuriating physical contacts that used to make you angry will never happen again from now on.”
Jordan made a gesture to hug me, but before I could react, Dario had already coldly protected me behind him, with a disdainful look, he said to Jordan. “Do not lay a hand on Veronica until she agrees…”
As soon as Darin finished speaking, Jordan’s face turned dark, and without saying a word, he angrily swing his fist that he had been restraining for a long time toward the young man.
“What do you think you are, daring to medille in the matters between me and my girlfriend?!”
The young man took a punch and instantly, veins popped on his forehead.
However,
punches and locks have no eyes. In order to not harm me standing behind him, Dario just coldly smirked and rubbed the corner of his mouth where the broken aldin stung with the back of his hand.
Dario could endure, but I could not endure.
In front of everyone, I directly stood up and slapped Jordan.
And then, with a disgusted look on her face, she said to him, “Jordan, if you’re sick, go to a mental hospital for treatment. Don’t be acting crazy and annoying people here”
The force of that slap was not actually strong, but Jordus seemed to turn into a statue, standing still in the same place.
He really didn’t understand how someone could say “let go” and actually let go of the love and affection they had shared for seven years.
Did I never love him at all? How is that possible? Whether it was friends, colleagues, childhood friends, or relatives, anyone who saw me with him would envy and say, “Veronica is truly head over heels in love with Jordan.”
Even he himself truly believed that as long as he didn’t mention breaking up, I would stay by his side for a lifetime.

In a daze, Jordan heard me ask with concern if Dario’s face was okay.
