I was boiling as I stormed my way into Damon’s company. I had messaged Damon before coming here and he told me he was in a meeting with Luca so I knew exactly where to go.
I didn’t even bother acknowledging any of the employees as they bowed their heads at me and greeted me. I would answer them later but for now. I needed to keep this rage burning.
I took the private elevator up to the conference room floor,
“Mrs Donovan you can’t go in there yet, there’s a meeting.” The Secretary tried stopping me but I ignored her as 1 stormed my way into the conference room.
“You!” I screamed as 1 stormed my way towards Luca, I didn’t care that I was interrupting their important meeting
“My love! What’s going on?” Damon questioned as he immediately stood up from his seat. Luca stood up as well and as soon as I got close to him, I raised my hand and slapped him hard across the face.
“How dare you?!” I screamed in his face and he didn’t dare look at me. He must already know what this was about.
“Queen Luna, this is highly inappropriate. We…” One of the older men spoke up but immediately shut his mouth when I turned to him with a glare.
“This meeting is dismissed” I said to them and they glanced between themselves before turning to Damon who immediately raised his hand in surrender.
“You heard the woman, dismiss” He uttered and immediately, they all stood and exited the conference room, leaving Damon, 1 and Luca alone.
“Baby, what’s gotten you so mad? What did Luca do?” Damon questioned as he walked towards us.
“I just went to your house and found Delilah on the verge of breaking down! She literally slipping into depression and you’re not fucking helping She needs you right now but instead, you’re picking your work over her! That’s very stupid of you” I muttered through clenched teeth and he frowned.
“I don’t know how to help her….
“You don’t need to fucking do anything, except be there for her! She’s going through postpartum depression and needs you to be there for her but she said anytime she tries to talk to you, you brush her off. What’s wrong with you?” I questioned as I flashed him a scornful look and he let out a sigh as he grabbed onto his head and let out a groan.
“My head isn’t in the right place these days, Clara. I know she’s already going through a lot and I don’t want to burden her more by being an inconvenience. I want to be there for her, fucking hell if I could, I would want to spend every breathing, moment with her but I feel like I’m going insane. I am going insane and apparently work is the only thing that takes my mind off the voices in my head” He confessed and my eyes widened while Damon walked up behind him and placed a hand on his shoulder.
“Are you okay?” Damon questioned with worry in his voice and Luca shook his head,
“I don’t know what’s wrong with me… I don’t know but I’ll try to make things right with Delilah. I’ll go talk to her right now” He murmured then walked away despite us calling him.
Damon and I just stood there staring at the door Luca had just walked past before Damon wrapped his arms around my body.
“You looked so hot earlier when you were scolding Luca. It took everything in me not to bend you over this table” He murmured before biting the tip of my car and I groaned before pulling away from him.
*Something is wrong with Luca and quite frankly, something has been wrong with him for quite some time now. You’re his friend, he’s with you most of the time so you can’t tell me you didn’t notice anything was wrong with him” I said to Damon with a frown and he sighed before pulling me closer.
“I noticed but when I asked, he didn’t tell me Anything. I believe he’s just stressed and hasn’t adjusted to the idea of having a kid yet. With the way his childhood went, he must be scared that he’s going to end up like his deadbeat father. Don’t worry about him, he’ll be fine” He uttered before pulling me into his embrace and I sighed as I snuggled deeper into his embrace.
“I hope so. I’ll speak to Delilah later about how it goes. Are you going home with me?” I questioned as I stared up at him and he nodded.
“I’m happy you came to disrupt the meeting, I’ve been looking for a way to run back to you” He murmured and I squealed as he suddenly lifted me up in his arms and carried me out of the room.
It didn’t take long before we got back to the house and Damon couldn’t keep his hands or his lips to himself.

“You smell divine baby, I can’t wait to eat you up” Damon murmured into my ears as we walked into the house.
He slammed his lips on mine almost immediately as he lifted me up from the ground. I immediately wrapped my legs around his waist as I kissed him back with the same amount of hunger.
My whole body was tingling with anticipation and excitement.
I let out a soft gasp as he pushed me on the bed.
“I hope you’re ready to scream baby because that’s all you’re going to be doing tonight” He said as he undid his belt and goddess, did I scream for dear life. I couldn’t count the amount of time I saw stars.
We had sex on every corner of the room and by the time Damon was done with me, my whole body was shaking and so was my breathing.
“My Queen.” Damon murmured as he laid beside me and placed small kisses on my back.
I moved closer to him, pressing my butt firmly against his dick and he let out a groan.
“You shouldn’t tempt me love, I know your body can’t take it anymore and I don’t want to hurt you” He said then placed a kiss on my forehead and I sighed knowing he was right.
“When the kids get back, we’ll hardly have time for this again” I murmured and he slowly turned me around so I was facing me.
“We can make it work. Plus, we still haven’t gone on that vacation” He replied and I sighed.
“The kids…”
“You know my parents won’t mind watching them for a week. Dimitri is back, he can also watch them. Plus your uncle is there too, you know how much your uncle and his people adore our kids and Hunter loves him even more than he loves my parents” He told me and I frowned.
“Damon…”
“I know you’re afraid to part with them and I understand. I’m not going to force you to do anything okay? I just want to spend time alone with you” He said and I smiled slightly before moving closer and letting him wrap me in his embrace.
I stayed in his arms for a while before sighing.
“I’ll speak with my uncle and see if he’s okay with watching the kids for a week. He hasn’t seen them in a while so I’m sure he won’t mind” I murmured and Damon immediately pulled away so he could stare down at me and the joy in his eyes made me giggle.
“Really? I better start planning for the Vacation then” He uttered and immediately got out of bed before I could stop him and I chuckled as I watched him excitedly make calls.
Who knew the man who was once known as the death viper could be this could?
We really needed this vacation.…..
