Chapter 93
Mr. Carmichael said, “Sure, as long as you don’t find it boring yourself.“}
Since my spot was already secured, causing a scene wouldn’t change anything.
When they found out I handed in a blank test, Clive, Charlize, and Geena all turned pale.
More and more people gathered to watch the drama unfold, and even a few livestreamers saw their viewer count skyrocket. The comment section was on fire.
[Damn! Never thought this handsome straight–A student would pull something like this. Isn’t he supposed to come from an elite academic family? What a shame!]}
[For real! And now he’s accusing his classmate? That proctor isn’t any better either, siding with some outsider over her own brother? How can a sister be like her? Is she even his real sister?]
[Wow, I just saw that plagiarism scandal a few days ago. This Smolett guy has been putting on this genius act while secretly sending mobs after that other dude. But I’ve got a relative working at their school, and guess what? The guy he framed already had a guaranteed spot at Harvard. Why would he need to cheat off him? Hilarious!]}
Charlize saw that comment and looked at me in shock.
“Denny, why didn’t you tell me you were already admitted? I’ve been running around worrying about your SAT every day, and you’re just sitting there enjoying the show?”
Geena jumped in, adding fuel to the fire.
“Exactly! Denzel, you’re so cruel! Pretending you didn’t know anything while I kept bringing you hummus every day? I must’ve been
blind!“
I let out a cold laugh.
“Are you really worried about me? Or are you just worried about Clive? You both know the answer to that.”
“This so–called ‘concern‘ for my SAT was just a way to set me up for him. A win–win for you guys.“}
Charlize’s face twisted as I exposed her intentions.
“Even if that’s true, you still can’t go around accusing Clive of that! You, of all people, should know how important a guy’s reputation
“Aren’t you afraid he’ll sue you for defamation?“}
Hearing that, Clive’s eyes instantly turned red.
“Charlize, I swear I didn’t do any of that! Denzel is framing me! You have to help me clear my name!“>
He grabbed onto a cop’s arm, looking pitiful.
“Officer, I’m innocent! If you’re arresting someone, you should be taking Denzel!“}
The cop yanked his arm away and said coldly, “If we’re arresting you, that means we already have evidence. We don’t make random arrests without proof.
“We were trying to save you some face, but since you don’t want it, that’s on you.”
Clive’s face instantly drained of color.
After being back and remembering everything from my last life, I thought Clive was just plain evil.
But now that I actually have dirt on him, I realize–he’s both dumb and evil.
He didn’t even bother covering his tracks when doing shady stuff.
So when I started digging, everything was just out in the open, waiting to be found.
The evidence? Plenty of it.”
They say “ask and you shall receive“-well, that’s exactly what happened here.}
I compiled everything, sent it to the cops, and then made the report.
Anyone with half a brain could see this coming–except for this empty–headed pretty boy.
Now, he’s publicly setting himself up for failure.
If that’s what he wants, who am I to stop him?!
When the proof of his affairs with a wealthy lady was put on display, Clive’s face went from red to white in seconds.
