“Stay close to me, Marissa,” Idris commanded through the link, his voice a low growl. “I won’t let them touch you.”
But Marissa’s blood was already boiling, her wolf roaring with the need for justice. She nodded, her silver gaze hardening as she locked eyes with another rogue who dared to approach. She charged him, her paws pounding against the ground as she closed the distance. The roque tried to dodge, but Marissa was foster, her body colliding with his in a tangle of fur and fury.
