Chapter 19%
“Vince, why did you hit me?”
Louise clutched her face, her eyes brimming with tears as she looked at Vincent.
Vincent sneered. “Albert’s accident at the construction site–it was all of you, wasn’t it?”
He turned to Louise and clenched his fist. “You were never pregnant, but you told me you had a miscarriage.
Taking a deep breath, he added, “Sierra isn’t your daughter at all. You only adopted her to use her as Louise’s personal blood bank, didn’t you?”
“What?! How do you know all of this? Veronica’s face filled with disbelief.
Vincent’s gaze swept over them one by one before he scoffed. The most ridiculous part is that I’ve been played for a fool by all of you.” “Louise, you really are something else,” he spat coldly
“No… no, it’s not like that! Vince, please listen to me!” Louise reached out to grab Vincent, but he coldly pushed her away.
His eyes darkened with fury. “Since you all like being in the hospital so much, why don’t you just stay here forever?“}
“Vince, what do you mean by that?” Louise asked, refusing to back down.
“Vince, have you forgotten-”
Vincent sharply interrupted her. “Louise, I trusted you too much back then, and that’s how Sierra ended up leaving me. You vile woman! Without warning, Vincent kicked Louise hard, his strength mercilessl
Louise curled up on the ground, clutching her stomach in pain. Veronica hurried to her side, trying to comfort her.
Adam sighed from where he stood and said, “Vince, we had our reasons.
Vincent shot him a cold glare. “So, your reason for using Siem until she had nothing left to give was what?“8
Louise weakly reached for Vincent. “Vince, my stomach hurts so much, and my chest too. Am I… going to die soon?”
Vincent let out a cold chuckle. “Louise, stop pretending. You’re not pregnant, and there’s nothing wrong with your heart.” “You’re just better at acting than most lunatics.”
Louise’s face turned ashen, but she refused to give up. She tried to play the victim, unwilling to accept that Vincent no longer cared for
Vincent watched her in silence, his expression devoid of emotion. “Louise, once I find Sierra, I’ll deal with you.”
Before leaving, he turned to the bodyguards outside. “Keep an eye on these three. If any of them escape, they should be prepared to die.” Vincent was desperate to find Sierra. He believed that once he saw her, the truth would finally come to light!!
As he drove toward the airport, waiting at a red light, his phone rang.
It was Abert
On the other end of the line, Albert’s voice was weak, breaking with pauses. Mr. Millon.. the madam… she… she’s… she’s dead.“}
“What the hell are you talking about?! Have you lost your mind? Vincent frowned, glancing at the traffic light–there was ten seconds left.X
Albert took a shaky breath and finally forced out the full sentence. “The plane the madam was on… it crashed at around 10 AM. She… she really is gone.
Vincent gripped his phone so tightly his fingertips tumed white, a bitter taste creeping up his throat.
For a long moment, there was only silence. Then, he forced a bitter smile. “You must be lying, How could something happen to Sierra?” Before Albert could respond, Vincent hung up and sped toward the airport!
Upon arrival, he immediately checked the flight status.
Flight MX952 had crashed at 10.18 AM, and there were no survivors.
The crash site was nothing but wreckage
