Shane was already upset after a restless night, but he managed to ask Archie patiently for Tricia’s sake, “What’s going on?”
Archie asked. “Did Rhett bring a dog from home?”
Shane dismissed is as a trivial matter. “Yes, the dog is very attached to him.”
